Is the treatment safe for children and pets?

Yes. It is non‑toxic, hypoallergenic and safe once dry.

Does the treatment have a smell?

It may have a mild odor during application, but it disappears quickly.

Is cleaning required before the treatment?

Yes. The treatment must be applied after cleaning to ensure the product acts directly on the fibers.

Time and Drying
How long does it take to dry?

Initial drying occurs within a few hours; full effectiveness is reached after 24 hours.

How long does the effect last?

Between 4 and 6 months, depending on use, friction and environmental conditions.

Which areas do you cover?

We provide services across Mainland Portugal and also operate in several Spanish cities, including Madrid, Toledo, Valencia, Murcia and Vigo.

Is the treatment carried out at home?

Yes. The service is performed directly in your home.

Do I need to prepare the space?
Only ensure access to the item and remove personal belongings. The team protects the surrounding area.
How often should the treatment be reapplied?

It is recommended to renew the treatment every 6 to 12 months, depending on use, dust accumulation and the occupants’ allergy sensitivity.

Does the service come with a guarantee?
If any issue arises after the cleaning, the situation is assessed to determine the best solution. All services include a 10‑year warranty.

Do you provide services after work hours or on weekends?
Services are provided Monday to Friday until 7pm and on Saturdays until 6pm.
What happens if I cancel the service?
In case of service cancellation, a travel fee will be charged.

How much do fabric treatments cost?

We treat several types of fabrics at home: sofas from 112.5 € (includes deep cleaning + fabric protection) and mattresses from 75 €. We also provide treatments for chairs, sommiers, curtains and rugs, with prices depending on size and fabric type.

Are there any travel costs?
No. The travel cost is already included in the price.
