SHIPPING CHARGES:
Your order will be shipped from our Vila Verde warehouse in Portugal with the shipping rates shown at the time of purchase.
Shipping to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs charges or other impositions by local authorities. We are not responsible for them if they exist. For more information, contact your country's customs authorities.
I.V.A. The prices of the products presented include I.V.A. at the portuguese legal rate in Portugal.
DELIVERIES:
Products are generally shipped within 2 business days of ordering. The delivery time is 1 to 2 working days for the Iberian Peninsula, for the Islands and other countries the delivery time will be longer.
DEVOLUTION:
It is our goal to serve you in the best way, but if you want to make a return, please contact us.
For the Islands and other countries the delivery time will be longer.
In accordance with current laws, the Customer has 14 days after receiving the products to return them without having to indicate the reason, excluding that they are violated or in poor condition and have not been carried out to measure, such as paints made to customer's sample color for example.
The products must be sent to our address within 30 days, after our reception and verified in good condition, we will refund the value of the products within 30 days, shipping costs or other fees will not be refunded.
